Empire at Norton is a luxury rental building in West Hollywood, California. It represents a celebration of luxury, sustainability, modernism, and style, as well as a vibrant way of life inspired by West Hollywood’s creative cosmopolitan flair. It introduced a new standard for boutique urban residences.
The bold contemporary building inspired the creation of a series of marketing efforts, not only to create awareness but also to attract upscale tenants. In collaboration with the sales team, I designed brochures, postcards, a social media campaign, sales sheets and UX and UI content for the corporate website. The marketing collateral aligned with the company’s focus on balancing luxury and convenience with thoughtful design.
